a small dinner party than it is in a room filled with strangers. You can join me at a group workshop or pick my brains on a 1-2-1 basis. I am happy to chat over a coffee so you can decide if you like me. I look forward to meeting you.

Am just working on the documentation for the AI workshop next month. Got the outline doc done and just finishing off the slides so you don't have to just look at me for the entire session! It's online so I still need a quick practice to make sure all the tech works seemlessly - although knowing tech it won't on the day!

I have been doing some housekeeping on the John Jelly website and realized I had been so busy doing the work that I forgot to show the results.

I have just added a new case study: The Spiritual Sage and the Chaos Whisperer.

This is a clear example of what happens when a brilliant business owner has a mountain of ideas but no idea how to turn them into a working system. In this case, there was no technical side at the outset. It was a non-starter because the "how" was a total blank space.

My role was to act as the architect. I brought in the right specialists and built the entire infrastructure from the ground up so his ideas finally had a place to live.

If you have the expertise but the technical side is a complete dog's dinner (or doesn't even exist yet), have a read. It shows how 32 years of experience can turn a vortex of ideas into a live, functioning business.

Every project starts with a simple conversation. I don't do high-pressure sales or complex jargon—I just help people turn their ideas into something that

It's interesting to see a summary, generated by NotebookLM, about your own business. I challenge you to pop your web address into it as a 'source' and post the result in the comments here. No tweaks. I want to see it as is and then tell me if it was right! Mine is:

I still love a bit of learning and It's my mission this year to increase my knowledge of AI and find tools to aid productivity. So far I have read "Paternosta Marketing" by Laura Farkas, spent a day with Google Garage all about AI and learned the rudiments of a new (and really cool) mass email marketing tool (that can do SMS too), Zoho Campaign. What new tools have you explored this year? Or is there a specific productivity issue you need help with.

Last day of our five day challenge today and one of the most important questions is question 5. Is your call to action still relevant?

A bonus question too - is it focused on the action you most want them to take.

A woolley or weak call to action can also lose you leads. Don’t let all your efforts go to waste by not clearly stating what you need the reader to do next.

If you find you are struggling with any of these five questions in this week's challenge (you can simply be way too close) then I will be booking 15 minute free taster Analysis sessions. Just DM me or send me a WhatsApp and let’s get something in our diaries.

It’s now day four of our website challenge so here is question 4. Have you got up-to-date testimonials?

Testimonials and reviews are great at building trust. Rather than just a single page of all your testimonials/reviews make them work harder for you by careful placement throughout your pages.

How are you doing with the challenge? Remember you can always go back and look at earlier questions if you missed the first couple of days.

So here is question 3. Are you talking about the benefits you bring today?

It’s so easy to talk about the features of what we offer and what we do for clients but are you talking about the results your clients get? After all, that’s ultimately what they are interested in!

It’s day two of our challenge to look critically at your website so here is question 2. Are you talking to the right peo...

It’s day two of our challenge to look critically at your website so here is question 2. Are you talking to the right people?

As our business grows we get better acquainted with our ideal client. We get to know the type of people we love working with and, on the flip side, those we never want to work with ever again. So, does your copy talk to the people you want to work with?
