We’re pleased to have installed another premium Anker SOLIX system, this time for a community property in Cushendall, helping the property generate more of its own clean energy, reduce its reliance on the grid and make better use of the electricity it produces.

As with every Unite Energy installation, a huge amount of attention goes into the details — not just the technology, but the quality of the installation and how it integrates with the existing property.

🔧 Slate hooks & flashing kit - carefully installed to provide secure, weather-resistant fixings while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the existing slate roof.

◼️ Full black rail system - selected to complement the all-black panels, with no visible silver rails or fittings between the panels, creating a much cleaner and more seamless finish.

🚧 A challenging cable route - this installation also required a trench to be cut across the existing tarmac yard to accommodate the cabling. Once the work was complete, the area was reinstated with new tar, leaving the yard finished neatly and professionally.

☀️ The finished result - a sleek, secure and professionally installed solar PV system that integrates neatly with the existing building while delivering long-term renewable energy benefits to the community property.

From testing to installation 🔩

After completing the ground investigation and pull out testing last week, we’ve now installed the full ground screw foundation for this upcoming ground-mounted solar system.

A great alternative to concrete where ground conditions allow, less excavation, less disruption, quicker installation and a strong, secure foundation.
