Run out of the good stuff for the weekend? 🔥

Good news, we’re back at the yard on Saturdays and we’re here today from 8am to 1pm.

Ash for any occasion 🔥

Whether you’re only after enough to keep you going for a few evenings or you’ve decided it’s time to get the wood store looking a bit healthier before winter, there’s an Ash option to suit.

A Barrow Bag is £54, 4 Ash Boot Bags are £64, a Bulk Bag is currently £135, and if you’re going all in, a full Crate is £255.

So there are a couple of decent savings in there at the minute too, especially if you’ve been meaning to get a proper amount tucked away before the colder weather really settles in.

Seen the price of heating oil lately? 👀

Aye... that one’s fairly hard to miss. The Consumer Council had the average price of 500 litres in Northern Ireland sitting at £562.43 this week, which is a serious bill to land at any time, never mind before winter has properly got moving.

We’re not going to tell anyone how to heat their house, but if you’ve already got a stove or open fire doing its bit alongside the heating, it certainly makes you think about getting the wood pile sorted before the first properly cold spell has half the country thinking the exact same thing.

September’s actually a handy time to do it. Rather than waiting until you’re staring at the last couple of logs on a freezing Tuesday night, you can get a decent supply tucked away now and head into the colder months knowing there’s plenty sitting there when you need it.

September fires come in all shapes and sizes 🔥

Maybe it’s Ash in the stove after work, getting a bit of warmth back into the house while dinner’s on.
