The Artist's Process - Open Exhibition coming soon to Atkins Gallery is an exhibition championing human imagination and creativity.

Artists are invited to submit work in any medium and any style, provided they also exhibit evidence of their creative process. You can submit up to three artworks for £15 and submission of works to the Gallery is 29/06/2026-03/07/2026

COMING SOON to Atkins Gallery!

A performance by Castle Baroque Players on Wednesday 5 August 13:00-14:00.

Atkins Gallery is pleased to to have Castle Baroque Players return this summer following their fantastic debut performance in the gallery last year.

Castle Baroque Players, are an amateur historical performance group based in Leicestershire. Their aim is to combine the past and present: playing Baroque music on authentic eighteenth-century instruments, with a contemporary vitality and flair.
Artistic Director Seb Carrington leads the group with music from across seventeenth Century Italy for this performance

Atkins Gallery was pleased to receive a visit today from Hinckley Parks Primary School who were visiting the Hansom Cab, the Ada Lovelace statue and Hinckley Museum

The Hansom Cab is on permanent display in Atkins Gallery and is part of Hinckley's transport history and to accompany the Hansom Cab there is a pop up exhibition on Ada Lovelace courtesy of Hinckley & District Museum
