Good evening all,

Well at long last we have found the right place for our auction, plenty of room for up to 800 lots in sale room,

car parking on-site,
Refreshments on sale,
toilet facilities.

All in lovely open countryside.

The place is Hoar Park Farm, which is a farm open to the public, there is a garden centre, antique centre, plus independent shops, and restaurant. Just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Hinckley.

The 1st auction is Saturday 13th November, it will be a day time auction. Lots to be delivered on Friday 12th November.

Commission is 1 pound a lot with no other charges for vendors,

buyer's commission is 20 percent of hammer price.

Payment by cash or card.

Hi every one just to keep everyone informed with progress on what is happening with the auction. The venue we hoped to have was not viable because of poor car parking.
