This week's featured speaker at Herts of Oak was Ryan Gregory from RG Property.

Ryan shared his expertise on helping UK business owners turn idle business capital into hands-off property income.

He mentioned what drove him to create RG Property following a random chat one day with his accountant.

His accountant asked if Ryan had thought about supporting many of his other business owner clients who wanted the same outcome through property but lacked the time to do it themselves.

He also showed multiple case studies of those he has helped and who also understood the bank is not the answer for surplus business / personal cash.

Finally and super important the collaboration he has for a few charities that he supports.

At the end of his presentation, he received some fantastic testimonials from chapter members who have already used his services or recommended him their contacts.

🎤 This week's featured presentation spot went to Gary Sutcliffe from Resolve — our chapter's charity!

Gary shared the fantastic work Resolve does, supporting people dealing with drug & alcohol misuse on their journey to recovery.

He talked about some fantastic events coming up including a charity Ramble and Golf Day. Find out more on the Resolve website:

Resolve is a Letchworth-based charity supporting and helping local residents in the grip of alcohol and drug misuse.

Last year they supported 365 local people; that’s 365 lives transformed. a father regaining stability and reconnecting with his children, a woman rebuilding her life after years of dependency, and a young person choosing recovery over relapse.

‘Thank you Resolve. You are literally Lifesavers!’

Resolve’s life changing, sometimes life-saving, services are free to attend but not free to run and rely entirely on fundraising.
