Another recent installation completed by the Arena Security team, this time for our friends at The Chocolatier.

We installed a new Ajax intruder alarm system, giving the premises a modern, reliable security setup with smart app control and instant notifications straight to their phones. 📲🚨

We love working with other local businesses, and this was definitely one of the sweeter jobs we’ve completed recently… especially when we were treated to some of their incredible chocolate once we’d finished! 😂🍫👌

Safe to say it didn’t last very long!

🔥 Next Week’s Install – Ajax EN54 Fire System 🔥

A little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into an installation before we even arrive on site! 👀

The Arena Security team are currently prepping this Ajax EN54 wireless fire detection system, ready for installation next week.

This setup includes a range of EN54 equipment, including smoke detection, sounder/VAD devices, manual call points, radio communication equipment, indication and control equipment, all being prepared and configured ahead of the installation.

Pre-programming and preparing as much equipment as possible at our HQ means we can make the installation more efficient, minimise disruption for the customer and ensure everything is ready for commissioning once on site.

Another new customer now looked after by Arena Security. 🔐

We recently received an emergency call-out in Hitchin from a customer experiencing problems with their existing intruder alarm. Unfortunately, their previous installer is no longer trading, leaving them without the support they needed when faults started appearing.
That’s where we stepped in. 💪

Our engineer attended, carried out a full inspection and health check of the system, identified the issues and completed the necessary works to get everything back into full working order.

✅ System tested and restored
✅ Takeover completed
✅ Ongoing maintenance & support now provided by Arena Security

Not every security system needs replacing. Where an existing system is serviceable and can be brought back up to the standard we’re happy with, we’ll always give the customer that option.

The customer now has a healthy, fully operational intruder alarm and, importantly, a local security company they can rely on for ongoing support, servicing and future call-outs.
