Sometimes itโ€™s when Iโ€™m DJโ€™ing.
Standing behind the decks, reading the room, listening carefully, adjusting the next track so the energy flows.
Sometimes itโ€™s at homeโ€ฆ with a cat on my lap and a cup of coffee.

Both require the same thing.
Space to think.
And thatโ€™s something many founders I speak to simply donโ€™t have.

Because theyโ€™re still in the middle of everything:
โ€ข answering questions
โ€ข fixing problems
โ€ข making every decision

When youโ€™re constantly in the engine room of the business, itโ€™s almost impossible to step back and see the bigger picture.
Thatโ€™s often when things start to feel heavier than they should.
The irony is that the solution usually isnโ€™t doing more.
Itโ€™s creating the structure that allows you to step out of the middle.
So the business can actually breathe.

Iโ€™m naturally someone who notices when things feelโ€ฆ clunky.

In music when Iโ€™m DJโ€™ing, I hear when the mix isnโ€™t quite right.

In a room, I notice when the energy shifts.

And in businesses, I spot when things feel heavier than they should.

Often, nothing is technically wrong.

Clients are happy.
Revenue is good.
The team is working hard.

But underneath it all, thereโ€™s friction.

Decisions taking longer than they should.
Work flowing inconsistently.
The founder quietly holding everything together.

Most of the time the issue isnโ€™t effort.

Itโ€™s structure.

And once you see it, you canโ€™t unsee it.
