At Rose Cottage Care Farm, we are privileged to work alongside families who show unwavering dedication, compassion, and strength. Caring can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging, and we believe carers deserve recognition, support, and opportunities to take time for themselves.

Solihull Carers Trust, have a schedual of activities, advice, support groups, wellbeing sessions, and opportunities for carers to connect with others who understand their journey.

To all the carers in our Rose Cottage family and beyond – thank you for everything you do. Your care, commitment, and love make an incredible difference every single day. 💚

Whether it's feeding the animals, cleaning out pens, collecting eggs, gardening, or helping with farm jobs, our guests are active participants in the life of the farm. These routines provide more than just structure to the day—they create opportunities for purpose, achievement, and connection.

Having a role to play and knowing that your contribution matters helps build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. Through shared responsibilities and teamwork, friendships grow, skills develop, and everyone becomes part of our caring farm community.

It's amazing to see how something simple can foster wellbeing, dignity, and joy. ❤️

We’re looking for amazing volunteers to help make the Leamington Spa Half Marathon a success on Sunday 7th June! 🙌

From cheering runners on to helping with marshalling and water stations, every role plays a huge part in creating an unforgettable race day experience. No previous experience needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved!

It’s a great way to support the local community, be part of an exciting event, and soak up the incredible atmosphere. 🏃‍♂️🎉

We have many guest at Rose Cottage who keep our farm ticking over and make sure the animals are well looked after. Robert recently started coming to us twice a week and he has been working very hard. looking after the different animal habbitats such as the duck pond. The Ducks say Thank you.
