• Existing concrete flags removed from front and rear gardens then dug to required levels inc new seating area at rear.

• Footings dug and concreted for new retaining walls to be built.

• Marshalls Cromwell stone used in the rear garden as the face of the new retaining block walls and the same red brick as the property used for platform and steps at the front.

• Kandla grey paving laid over full area Inc 30mm coping for the top of the wall.

• Area pointed in Nexus mid grey.

🌟 Project "Springfield" Phase 1 completed🌟

• Area for new turf lawn dug. Edgings installed. The new topsoil was then screeded to create a flat lawn. Turf laid to finish.

• Treated sleeper planters built around garden and also used in new children's play area as edgings.

• W**d membrane laid over full childrens play area and infilled with activity play chipping in one half and golden flint stone in the other.

•Fence installed along boundary of children's play area.

•Yorkshire buff Indian stone used to top stairs down to play area.

• Quartz white porcelain laid near kitchen area and finished with cement grey grout.

This has been a great project so far. We can't wait for phase 2.

🌟 Tarmac Drive & Retaining Wall. 🌟

• Original wall demolished and concrete base removed and dug to required levels.

• Original stone used to create new curved retaining wall to hold front garden back.

• Storm drains laid to aid drainage at entrance of drive.

• Granite cobbles laid around full area to create working edge for tarmac and pointed in Nexus basalt.

🌟 Paving Project. 🌟

Here we have re laid some Indian stone.

This certain company sold this as a completely new job but under further investigation we found.

The crush base had not even be compacted.

No full base of cement just dotted about.

No Primer used to create stronger bond.

Was laid in freezing temperatures as they where frost ridden underneath.

Was told by the customer they even used a piece of wood as a level 😱.

To top it all off the majority of the flags where already cut to random sizes which shows they are second hand but sold to customer as new.

It's companies like this that give us a bad name. The cheapest price is not always the best way forward.

We are delighted to announce the start of our new project which will start in January 2023.

This project is to include.

• Resin drive.
• Dry stone walling at front of property.
• Indian Stone paving to be laid up front steps and side paths.
• Porcelain paving to be laid at rear of property.
• Turf to be laid and steps to be laid into lawn.
• Fencing to be installed at both sides of the property.
• Concrete pads to be installed as bases for outdoor room and sheds.
• Coping stone to be laid over existing gabion baskets.
• Composite decking to be laid.
• Glass balustrade system to be installed around decking.
• Children's play area to be created on seperate piece of land connected to garden.
• Water feature to be installed.

Looking forward to getting straight back to it after the new year's. We will keep you upto date with the progress as it happens.
