😍 Our speaker this month is the brilliant Andy Coles from Ovation Finance who has a passion for helping people make sure that they plan their finances and hopefully spend their retirement how they want to. Andy has a wonderfully calming and gentle way of speaking and making things clear so this will be brilliant I am sure. 🤓

💥 You will also gain some wonderful friends and people who care and want to support each other's businesses. We are very caring, supportive and love to collaborate. 🎉

🎈 At Fabulous Networking we have ditched the traditional 60-second pitch and change the way we introduce ourselves each month. Last month we wanted to know what qualifies/equips you to do what you do? E.g. experience, interests, qualifications. This month we want to know "What’s the job you do or problem you solve for your ideal clients?" We are loving the different styles of intros every month! They really help us get to know each other better! 😉

🤷‍♀️ You win some, you lose some as they say....!!

So today I onboarded a new client this morning and lost one this afternoon....😳

Lost one is making his Ltd dormant as he needs to go to PAYE due to contract reasons. The client is no longer using sub-contractors so needs must. A really good client who's been with me for 3.5 years so feels a bit sad really. 😢

But then with the new client I am looking forward to a challenge as she wants to understand her numbers better and work out which of her products are making the most profit after the various charges from different shopping platforms. 💥🥳

I have also gained another smaller client this month who just wants someone to check in on the numbers in Xero. I have another potential client that I have a second call with this week who wants to free up his time so that he can do what he enjoys. 🙈

We work with clients big and small so if you need help then book a call on our Fb page or website. 💜

Xerocon London 2026 certainly brought the energy again this week! 😊

Heating from speakers about the new features coming into Xero, listening to inspirational talks such as Jill Scott and taking with existing and new suppliers about what they do and plans they have for softwares that we use. 💥

Unfortunately I had to miss day 2 for my daughter’s graduation but it was worth it. A First Class Honours degree in Law. Well done my girl 👏🎉🥳

No drinking at the party with Sophie Ellis-Bextor on Wednesday night as I had to drive home after for the graduation on Thursday. But I’d do it all again!! 🤣🥳

Tricia's talk will take a look at a typical English Summer with a few words about the birds and the bees and a selection of plants suitable for our changing climate.

I'm very much looking forward to a talk with a new, fresh outlook and I'm sure there will be lots to learn and take away.

Happy Father’s Day to you all 💜

Whether you still have your dad or are missing your dad like me (number 4 now) we celebrate them all. 🥰 (unless they weren’t very good of course).

To the ones being mum and dad, to the ones who teach us how to be good people, to the ones who held our hands when we were small and guided us growing up. Thank you 👏
