That’s Silverstone done and my final race meeting of the year for C C Recovery ( Mini Mater still has two more with them)

4 lifts and 1 tow today and the weather was glorious!

Just 5 rallies doing timing for me for rest of the year now in theory …………

One casualty - my spanner bracelet caught it under a very low Alfa wheel arch 😢. Hopefully repairable

Same club again tomorrow so see what happens then 🫣

And home from Silverstone

I think Mini Mater had similar on her side of the circuit - she’s back there tomorrow

Few photos of garage walk at lunch and I’ll take 49.9mph average and 23.3 mpg any day out a 4.8 V8 moving nearly 3 tonnes !!

Today sees us both at Silverstone for 30th event of the year.

C C Recovery Lorry for me on National circuit for Equipe racing Copse inside just today.

Mini Mater is Lorry crew for Josh on international circuit for BARC meeting all weekend.

Bit of drizzle here at present .

After getting the beast back yesterday it was MOT time today. Front wheel bearing grumbling but no play so will sort one...

Front wheel bearing grumbling but no play so will sort one and fit/get fitted later in the year

Number plate on retention at DVLA awaiting new paperwork so can put the new plate on it. Be late next week at a guess

No other issues 👍 not and for 19yrs old and 156k on the clock !
