Businesses are invited to book a stall at 2025's Basildon Skills Show, one of the premier skills and career events for young people in the region, which will be held on Wednesday 1 October.

The fair is attended by cohorts of school pupils between 9am to 2pm, then opens for the general public to attend 3pm-6pm.

For the past eleven years, Basildon Council has proudly hosted the Basildon Skills Show – an annual event dedicated to helping young people make informed decisions about their next career steps and raise the profile of the opportunities available in and around Basildon.

In 2024, 1,600 residents benefitted from specialist advice, information and knowledge of local opportunities.
