I have 4 hours of availability. 2 hours on Wednesdays 10-12pm and 2 hours on Thursdays 12.45-2.45pm

It might be the first time you are considering support, you might need a break from caring responsibilities or simply want companionship…I love a good chat over a cuppa.

I haven’t posted in a while…if I’m honest I find it hard to “promote myself”, the caring/supporting/assisting part comes more naturally but this social media side doesn’t 😂!

But I’m still here, keeping busy and supporting people….

🌻 I’ve done walks into town for confidence but also to pay cheques in and buy shopping
🌻 Provided a full days respite for a husband while he went sailing as his wife is unable to be left alone
🌻 Taken drives in the car to a tearoom for a change of scenery (and obviously eaten scones and scored them accordingly 😉!)
🌻 Worked on puzzles and crosswords together to keep the brain active but provided company.
🌻 I’ve also made meals and sandwiches, checked the fridge for food, changed bedding, put washing away and hoovered.

Anything is possible. I’m here to help! Just ask x

So far this week…

I’ve helped a lady do some ironing, something not many of us do any more. Unfortunately she is unable to do that functional skill on her own, but with my help she was a whizz!

I’ve done runs to the hospital for blood tests and trips to town to buy essentials.

And I’ve had a lovely hot chocolate at the garden centre with a gentleman that finds getting out difficult…but really enjoyed the change in routine.

I can assistant with anything! Just ask xx

Happy new year one and all!

So just thought I’d update a post to say since starting in September I’ve had a lot of enquires.

I’ve got lovely clients, some on a more regular basis and some ad hoc. Happy to support anyway that works for the individual.

I have some availability so if I can help in anyway just get in touch and we can have a chat.

It’s world mental health day today. We are all now more aware of recognising the importance of talking about our mental health.

Everyone feels alone at times but please have an extra conversation with someone who really suffers from loneliness it could make the world of difference 🥰.
