Nordeste is a stunning lusitano with the classic old look of old lusitanos, has three good gaits; a huge walk, correct trot and balance canter
Interesing prospect for dressage and show jumping/XC
He is very kind , easy to ride and safe horse yet has energy and the “go” of old veiga bloodlines
Not buck, rear, bolt… at all, situable for an amateur/junior with solid fundation
Very soft on the contact, responsive to aids, and comfortable in all three gaits
Super smart, fun and sweet puppy personality, He’s the kind of horse that, when turned out, comes looking for you to get attention
Goes out alone or with other horses, is familiar with traffic, field, dogs…
Schooling 2nd level ( three basic gaits plus all lateral movements , counter canter) and spanish walk on the hand
He has a real skiller in show jumping, currently jumping low with a dressage rider, but has potential for much more, very brave towards the jump and not hot, would be a fantastic horse for XC too!
He is a lovely and sporty all- rounder horse
Outstanding pedigree, he is one of the last living grandsons of the legendary Novilheiro (the only Iberian horse to compete in both GP dressage, show jumping, and bullfighting) On his dam’s side, he descends from the renowned Zeus Do Lis, sire of the FEI dressage Stallion Lusitano Lirio MVL ridden by João Torrão.
Nordeste is healthy & sound, has clean x-rays done by an FEI vet
Good for vet, load, farrier… no vices
