Set within 20 acres beside the River Wye, Spital Meend introduces a new glass pavilion alongside a 17th-century home, creating a space that feels open to the landscape while respecting the character of its surroundings.

We designed, fabricated, and installed the bespoke architectural glazing package, including the 27m structural glass skylight, glazed link corridor, and slim interlock sliding doors. Each detail was carefully developed to integrate with the timber roof structure, allowing natural light and views across the landscape to become central to the experience of the space.

A former agricultural structure, transformed through light, space and connection to the landscape. Cottage Farm takes inspiration from traditional farm buildings, using dark shou sugi ban timber, copper and corten steel to create a strong exterior presence. The glazing then becomes the key detail that opens the home back up, bringing the surrounding countryside into everyday life.

Our role focused on creating the architectural glazing package, from the panoramic motorised sliding doors and large-format windows to the structural glass skylights and corten steel entrance door. Each element was designed to sit naturally within the architecture while helping transform the building from a solid form into a home filled with light.

Craven Barn is all about letting the landscape become part of the home. A 12m-wide glazed screen with motorised sliding doors opens the east elevation to the North Yorkshire countryside, while large windows bring more daylight into the stone and timber structure without taking away from its original agricultural character. Oversized structural glass and flush thresholds help the glazing sit quietly within the architecture, keeping the views uninterrupted and the spaces feeling open.

Summer changes the way Cottage Farm is lived in. Panoramic sliding doors open the main living spaces towards the tree-lined surroundings, while large picture windows and structural skylights bring natural light deep into the home throughout the day.

We designed, supplied and installed the glazing to help the family feel more connected to the landscape, with flush thresholds and wide openings making it easier to move between the house and outdoors when the weather allows.

Set within the stone walls of Craven Barn, this Porttals pivot entrance door brings together a textured Patina Bronze finish, dark framing and a full-height recessed handle to create a statement entrance.

Designed to complement the barn’s original character, the door sits naturally within the architecture, adding a layer of warmth and detail to the arrival into the home.

Summer evenings feel different when the last of the light can travel straight through the home.

Large areas of glazing allow daylight to move throughout the interiors, while opening the home towards the surrounding landscape and changing seasons outside. At the entrance, a bespoke pivot door creates a strong first impression, designed, supplied and installed by us as part of the wider glazing package.

Former farm buildings, reimagined as a rural retreat in the heart of Rutland. Woolfox brings together textured materials, Nordic-inspired interiors and carefully placed glazing to create spaces that feel connected to the landscape beyond.

From large format glazed screens overlooking the surrounding countryside to specialist arched windows and Crittall-style internal doors, every element was designed to bring light, openness and a stronger relationship between each space.

Working alongside , we designed, fabricated and installed the architectural glazing throughout the project, creating bespoke solutions that sit seamlessly within the character of the original buildings.
