I have a wealth of experience in the sales and business development arena following a career which includes senior sales roles within retail, FMCG and over 25 years within the services industry where cleaning and support services became both a core service stream and a passion. Having worked with leading organisations to review the provision of their own in house cleaning; I identify efficiencies through levels of productivity, work with specifications, and provide all aspects of support to assist organisations in managing their teams. I take a holistic approach, believing in the people behind the business and working with a hands-on style with the teams. I believe in addressing the source of existing issues rather than just reporting on their existence. I release valuable time to existing management to concentrate on core business issues, providing a fresh approach from an independent perspective to focus on what is best for your business. Coming from an initial background in retail, I have progressed throughout my career from key roles within sales and marketing environments, including the FMCG industry, to accumulating over 25 years working within Facilities Management sector where cleaning became my specialist service.
