Meet the TUI Team! ✈️
Say hello to Andrew, one of our amazing Retail Travel Advisors from our Lincoln store 👋
Andrew joined TUI in Jan 2022, turning his passion for travel into a career while studying International Tourism Management at the University of Lincoln.
What he loves most about his role is building genuine connections with customers and making a positive difference.
Alongside his role as a Travel Advisor, Andrew is also a Regional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassador, helping colleagues feel heard, seen and valued! 🤗
His passion and dedication have also earned him some incredible recognition, including being named in the Travel Trade Gazette’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2026, and winning the 2026 Smarter, Better, Fairer Travel Agent of the Year award 🏆
“I’m so passionate about driving DEI to ensure every voice is heard and every person is seen and valued – because you can make a difference no matter your role or title in the business”.
Outside of work, Andrew loves exploring the world. He’s spent a year and a half living in Brisbane, Australia and has visited Jamaica on a TUI educational trip 🏝️
Stay tuned for our next Meet the TUI Team post, where we’ll be introducing more of our amazing colleagues! 💙
