The Washing Machine Woman

Hello all, please take a moment to read my ways of working:

--I repair washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, electric ovens/cookers, and freestanding dishwashers (if yours has a kitchen door stuck to it, it's not freestanding and I don't repair those unfortunately). I don't repair fridges or freezers.

-- Please contact me by Messenger, text, WhatsApp etc. first, describing your problem in as much detail as possible. I need more than "It doesn't work". Many thanks! If your problem is fixed, or diagnosed but can't be repaired, and you think you got good service and want to make a payment, the amount will be left to your discretion. I accept bank transfers and Paypal payments.

--If the appliance requires a physical inspection/repair:
If you have a bad cold on your appointment day, I would prefer it if you could rearrange your appointment. If it isn't possible, I may decide to wear a mask. Likewise if I have cold-like symptoms myself, I will wear an FFP2 mask for your safety (these filter out 94% of particles above 0.3 microns, the lungs produce aerosols about 0.4 microns (https://www.liebertpub.com/doi/10.1089/jamp.2020.1616)

There is a one-off callout charge of £50-£65 depending on distance for up to 2 physical visits to your machine pertaining to the same issue. After the diagnostic, if you decide to go ahead with the repair, a fee of £15 is added. The parts, if needed, are charged extra. I work Monday to Wednesday. I prefer BANK TRANSFERS, cash also accepted
