When the “We’re too busy at the moment” statement backfires

One thing we’ve noticed?

Founders are brilliant at prioritising clients, sales and growth.

People stuff usually gets pushed down the list because:
👉 nothing is on fire
👉 everyone seems happy
👉 there’s never enough time

But the messy middle stage of growth changes everything.

At around 10–20 employees:
⚠️ communication gets harder
⚠️ managers need support
⚠️ accountability gets fuzzy
⚠️ small people issues become bigger ones
