Independent Car Agency
The service I provide is aimed at individuals who wish to have a private car agent in order to source them the perfect car. I offer a bespoke service for cars 30k and over. All of my clients will be given the highest standard of service to achieve the maximum satisfaction on collection day.
The first stage of negotiation will be a form that I need you to fill in which I will send on an email. This will tell me more information about what you are looking for. Once I have received the form back, I will arrange a phone call appointment with myself to get to know you and find out any specific requirements that you wish to have. Once this stage is completed I will collate you information into a pack and source the 5 best options for yourself. With each one, I will describe the pros and cons of the cars and what I believe is the best option. Once we have came to a decision on the car you want to go further with, you will have the choice on whether to view the car with me or for me to go on my own. Either way I will provide feedback on the viewing and highlight any areas of concern. If the car isnt right for you, we will go back to the other choices and pick the next best. I will include 1 free physical viewing of a car with the package. Most of my work will be done virtually and I will provide a video of the vehicle. Any other physical viewings will be charged accordingly on collection day. Once a car has been located that matches your criteria, we will move into the next stage of the process. I will contact the dealer to tell them you want the car and I will be from there on until collection day be transferring any information that's needed to one another. This means that you will only be dealing with me up until the point of payment. Any finance packages will be dealt strictly through the dealership in which the vehicle is at due to FCA regulations. Once the payment side has been completed, I will be notified by the dealer and I will take over again up until collection. I will negotiate a collection date and get a personalised package together ready for collection day. On collection day, I can either get the car delivered to a desired location ready for handover at an additional cost or I can pick you up and take you to the dealership myself. Either way I will be there for collection. Once the car has been collected I will keep in touch a week after and then every 6 months if desired.
The question you may be asking yourself is "why would I pay for a service that is free from a car dealership". The way in which i am different is that i look at all of the areas of buying a car that the dealership will not take into consideration. This includes advice on depreciation, market trends and a non-bias personal opinion on your choices. I will be doing all of the hard work negotiating the best deals while you dont have to worry about a thing. I will not allow you to get bullied into a sale of a car just to boost a salesmans commission.
I have contacts in all areas of the automotive world including salesman at Porsche leicester and various tuning/customisation businesses across the east midlands. My service is fully customisable to your requirements.
My service costs run at a rate of 2% of the final cost of the car. E.g 30k car, I will charge £600 for my service. An initial deposit will need to be paid when I locate you a car that you are happy with. The deposit amount will be negotiated dependant on value of my service. The reason for having a minimum of 30k for a car is to make it extra prestigious and aimed at the top marques vehicles out there.
