What I love to do in my work as an Executive Coach is to inspire people and to give them the confidence and the skills to step out into a bright new world and to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

I believe in the enormous potential of each individual. I work with senior professionals including lawyers, accountants, TV directors, academics, surveyors, and property consultants. My work with clients includes redundancy, promotion, presentation and interview skills, career planning, key strengths, imposter syndrome, work/life balance and resilience.

My dual strengths of a recruitment/commercial perspective and executive coaching/presentation skills experience are a winning combination to help clients to identify the right roles/promotion opportunities and to beat the competition.
