I HAVE A DRESS 👗 💑

After months and months of searching, and trying on over 100 dresses 🙄 I finally have a dress. 🥰🥰🥰 I have met lots of lovely wedding dress shop owners, who have beautiful stock and who have all been so lovely.

So, if you need recommendations for wedding dress shops just ask 🤣

OUR COVID JOURNEY.....

is over and after 12 days we are finally out of isolation!

I was the first one to be taken down followed by the rest of them. From being fine one minute then literally in bed and sofa bound for a few days, it quite literally knocked me off my feet, and I'm never normally poorly.😩

Isolation took its toll on all of us, there were tears and tantrums ( mainly me) as we tried to entertain our little live wire 🧡whilst being poorly. We took time to enjoy each other with lots and lots of cuddles, plenty of rest and reminding ourselves how to live life in the slow lane for a while💕

I have left isolation feeling even more grateful for what I have and that is my family and (my regained) health. 🥰👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Thanks to those who offered to help with bringing us supplies and goodies. Look forward to seeing you all soon 😘

AND I'M SMILING BECAUSE......

I am back in control and feeling more like me 🥰

For the majority of January I have been "being good" and decided to start off the year by kicking my bad habits good bye..... no more baileys coffee, weekly Costa trips, eating whatever and whenever and moulding the sofa with my bottom ( blaming breastfeeding and Christmas). Whilst I still love all of those things it was getting a little bit too regular, but my ten day reset programme has given me the booster I needed.....

I feel clean, energised and more confident due to shifting some weight and beginning training again. Three weeks ago I couldn't think about clothes or shopping as it got me down but now my confidence is back as I'm comfortable enough to go wedding dress shopping again 😁

In total I've lost 32cm (In just 10 days) and that number has gone down since I've last measured 😊 I even treated myself to some new jeans and leggings to celebrate 👖excited to keep up those good habits and will allow myself a little treat every now and then 😋

I'd be happy to share progress pics with anyone needing motivation😊 let's face it you don't want my half naked self all over your newsfeed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

BUSINESS WHILST ON MATERNITY.......

I'm back.... if you hadn't noticed?

After taking some time out to enjoy my pregnancy and family I am back on social media with much ambition to achieve some big goals for 2022.

Although I've been quiet I've been busy working behind the scenes in preparation for this year with training and planning sessions well under way!

So.....the show must go on. Whilst on maternity it's business as usual. People ask me why? But my reply why not? My business I can run from home, around my children, busy mum duties and endless coffee dates!

As you know maternity pay isn't amazing so having this additional income is helping me massively- especially with the wedding fast approaching. It also means that it will give me more choices.

Choices for me. Choices for my family.

So why not carry on? 😏 you will be seeing me pop up alot more this year and, when you do, remember...

FOUR DAYS TO GO....

I've dug the trainers back out and already got a head start on my New Year cleanse as I've begun Couch to 5k. Meals planned for next week and my now cleanse programme is here, it's too late to back out. 😄

Usually I begin the year with a complete detox as I'm sure, like you all have, I've picked up some bad habits over the last few weeks!

However this year I've got baby weight to shift, a wedding dress to find and then fit into, and I'm in need of a new wardrobe which, I will not buy until I've got into that one "goal" pair of jeans I own.

Anyone else need a big kick up the bum? 🙋‍♀️

THE END OF A CHAPTER AND THE START OF A NEW ONE 🥰

I love the beginning of the new year, where everyone is being positive and looking ahead to what that might bring, making resolutions and starting fresh. This year I've written mine down so I don't forget, I've got things that I want to achieve and this year I become a Mrs!

Every year we close one chapter on our lives and begin new ones. 2022 will have lots of highs and I'm sure a fair share of lows too.

Dream big, set goals and don't give up working towards them♡

SOMETIMES IT'S JUST NEEDED......

Make sure you are looking after yourselves, and of course your loved ones! I just needed a some time to myself and my family, to relax and refresh but feeling recharged after some time away.

2021 you have thrown some curve balls in a very short space of time, onwards we must go =)
