It was less than 3 weeks ago we announced that only 1 office remained, and today We're delighted to say we have just leased our final remaining space.

We've had a really good run at BlueSky with high occupancy for some time now, combined with some new tenants joining us and some of our existing tenants seeing business growth which has resulting in increased office space requirement.

We pride ourselves in offering friendly & professional services to all our customers and like to keep the environment welcoming for everyone, which no doubt makes our tenants want to stay with us.

Please let us know if you have a requirement for office space as things can change due to the flexible agreements we offer.

It's been a very busy 2025 for the team at BlueSky Business Space this year. Company growth within the Centre has seen them reach almost 100% occupancy, which is phenomenal and is testament to the high level of service they provide each & every day.

They joined together with their extended family from Knight Property Group for a party night at the Chester Hotel and enjoyed a good old knees up.

Here's to another successful year ahead for BlueSky and all our customers🎄

The Tree & decorations are up, and we are as busy as ever!

Still lots happening in the offices, but of course we made time for our annual Tenants Christmas get together last Wednesday and it was our busiest yet! Thank you everyone for joining in the celebrations and raising money for Save the Children UK by modeling those amazing Christmas Jumpers.

Our meeting rooms are well used by our tenants for interviews, training or team meetings, and with full teams/zoom facilities we have everything they need, but did you know that you don't have to be a tenant to book them.
Seating from 6 - 24 people there's an option to suit, and if you require refreshments or lunch our reception team can arrange everything for you.

It's hard to believe it can be 8 years already. Seems just a short time ago that Monica & Jen joined us at BlueSky at the start of their business journey, and who would have thought it would turn into the fantastic business it is today. It has been a pleasure to be part of your journey and watch Granite Occupational Health grow with an amazing team making sure the best care is given to every single client that comes through the doors. Congratulations and here's to a very exciting future ahead.

As Monica and Jen take Granite Occupational Health Ltd into the 9th year of business, they are so grateful for the last 8 years of continued growth and excited for all that they have planned.

Today they celebrate the 8th business birthday with internal promotions and new job vacancies in every team due only to their increased client base.

Granite OH has some exciting changes and additions coming that will support continued growth in this industry that we are all so proud to be part of. We can’t wait to share all the details of these exciting upcoming changes and additions with you all over the next few weeks.

Monica and Jen don’t declare Granite OH to be the best OH company, however they are the best at putting the occupational health requirements of their clients first. The Granite OH team are the best at providing their occupational health services to so many people every day.
