🎉 Huge congratulations to M Group Energy on winning the BlueSky World Cup 2026 Sweeper!

As part of the competition, we donated £500 to the winner's chosen charity, and they selected the very deserving Midmar Men's Shed.

With limited local facilities, the Midmar community relies on a strong network of volunteers, social groups and community initiatives. The Men's Shed is working to establish a welcoming space where people can come together, share skills and support one another. To make this vision a reality, they are seeking both practical support and funding to help cover materials, labour and specialist services.

Our office was decorated for the start of the world cup as we do like a decoration or two! ⚽️ 🏆

We have a sweepstake going for all our tenants and the tenant whose team wins the World Cup will receive a £500 donation to the charity of their choice 💰.

Many of you will know we don’t need much of an excuse for a cake 🍰 and decided after Wednesdays result it was time to treat our tenants and keep hopes high for Scotland getting through to the next group
So yesterday we had a little get together with sweet treats & music 🎶 & of course 1 or 2 photos 📸 and everyone seemed to appreciate it.

The BlueSky team are very proud Scots and although not all die hard football fans we have been fully invested in following all the teams progress so far. Huge thank you 🙏 to Barry Mclean of M Group Energy who has been keeping our chart up to date by filling in the scores every single morning.

Although things may not be going in the direction we all hoped, regardless of the result for our team it’s fair to say we have already won by winning the hearts ♥️ of America 🇺🇸. We are known worldwide and have taken over everyone’s social feeds.

We couldn’t be more proud of our Tartan Army 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 bringing so much joy & happiness everywhere they go. We really are a nation of fun & positivity and that’s what we wanted to bring for our tenants yesterday.
Regardless of the result just remember the positivity this sport and its fans have brought to the world and be proud! 😊

It was less than 3 weeks ago we announced that only 1 office remained, and today We're delighted to say we have just leased our final remaining space.

We've had a really good run at BlueSky with high occupancy for some time now, combined with some new tenants joining us and some of our existing tenants seeing business growth which has resulting in increased office space requirement.

We pride ourselves in offering friendly & professional services to all our customers and like to keep the environment welcoming for everyone, which no doubt makes our tenants want to stay with us.

Please let us know if you have a requirement for office space as things can change due to the flexible agreements we offer.

It's been a very busy 2025 for the team at BlueSky Business Space this year. Company growth within the Centre has seen them reach almost 100% occupancy, which is phenomenal and is testament to the high level of service they provide each & every day.

They joined together with their extended family from Knight Property Group for a party night at the Chester Hotel and enjoyed a good old knees up.

The Tree & decorations are up, and we are as busy as ever!

Still lots happening in the offices, but of course we made time for our annual Tenants Christmas get together last Wednesday and it was our busiest yet! Thank you everyone for joining in the celebrations and raising money for Save the Children UK by modeling those amazing Christmas Jumpers.
