We’ve had the pleasure of working with Fraser and the team for many years now, getting to know the people, the business and what matters most to them along the way

And as Fraser explains, sometimes that means challenging ideas, having honest conversations and the occasional difference of opinion!

For us, that’s what working closely with our clients is all about. Being able to speak openly, share ideas and focus on what’s really going to make a difference (even if that means explaining why something like SEO really does matter!)

Planit is officially a teenager... help us all! 🎉

13 years ago, Planit started as an outsourced PA service. Fast forward to today, and we’ve grown into an extension of our clients’ teams, supporting businesses across marketing, design, content, websites, social media, PR, strategy and everything in between.

Over the years, we’ve built some brilliant long-standing relationships, with the brilliant Harry Gow being our longest-standing client. We’ve grown alongside them, and alongside so many other businesses who have trusted us to become part of their story.

It’s been 13 years of big ideas, fast-moving marketing, adapting to AI, last-minute requests, creative chaos, client wins, website launches, campaigns, content days, strategy sessions and plenty of “we save PDFs, not lives” moments.

To mark the milestone, we managed to get the boss herself to say a few words.

Here’s to 13 years of Planit, and to whatever this teenage era brings next... 💙🌍

What a funny and insightful day we have had at FoSho Studios in Glasgow!

Thank you to Fynn and the team for a day full of learning, lightbulb moments, and wonderful hospitality. We are already excited to come back and learn even more (and eat our body weight in pasta and hotel breakfasts)

Yesterday’s Highland Spotlight update, delivered today… better late than never!

We had a fun little day popping along to Highland Spotlight, catching up with clients, seeing familiar faces and hearing what everyone has been working on

Great to see Alert Health, Centred Scot, ILM Highland, Culture Business Technology and Hallam Safety Solutions, who of course all had wonderful stands 😉

Ellie mentioned in the video that she was feeling a little tired after her 4:30am start… 🙈 happy to report that feeling has carried over into today too after a long but exciting day

Big moment for Culture Business Technology, and one we’ve really enjoyed helping bring to life...

We’ve been working with the team on bringing the Culture story together, from the new website and messaging to PR support around the rebrand, growth and future direction of the business.

It’s been a brilliant project to be part of, helping communicate not just a new name, but the people, services and ambition behind it.

A growing team, a strengthened Board and a clear direction for what comes next. Plenty more to come from Culture 👏 🌍

Culture Business Technology, formerly known as Logical Print & Document Solutions, has doubled its team from eight to 16 employees as the Inverness-headquartered business continues to invest in its people, technology and services.

Malcolm Maclennan and Josh McLennan have joined the Board alongside Colin Smith, Robbie Cheyne and Neil Anderson, bringing further experience and ambition to the independently owned Scottish business.

Culture Business Technology now brings managed IT, cybersecurity, telephony and managed print together under one identity, reflecting how the business has evolved and the wider support it can now provide to customers.

With teams in Inverness and Aberdeen, the business continues to support organisations across the Highlands and Islands, the North East of Scotland and further afield, while keeping local service and customer relationships at the heart of its growth.

There’s more to come too, with plans for new premises in Inverness progressing as Culture continues to invest in its next stage of growth.

A great start for A9 Self Storage 👀

It’s been great to support Ewan with announcing his proposed plans to transform the former Rollerbowl site on Culduthel Road into a new indoor self-storage facility.

We worked with Ewan to shape the messaging, create the landing page and put together the press release, making sure the plans were communicated clearly and giving people a clear place to find out more.

It’s been brilliant to see the story picked up by BBC, Project Scotland, AOL and local media, with the proposed development getting plenty of attention across Inverness and beyond.

There’s still a planning process to go through, but it’s great to see the plans out there and people talking about what could be coming to the site.

A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the woman who started it all 🥳

12 years ago, Cecilia started Planit Scotland with a clear idea of the kind of business she wanted to build.

One that feels like an extension of your team. One that gets properly involved. One that cares about the work, the people and what is actually going to move the work forward.

Safe to say, that thinking still sits at the heart of Planit today....

Cecilia has a knack for all things marketing, an even bigger knack for driving things forward, and somehow always manages to keep about 50 things moving at once... 😅

She has also worked hard to make sure the word “agency” feels like a positive one, built around collaboration, trust and being genuinely useful to the businesses we work with.
