We wish all our past, current and hopefully lots more future customers a happy and safe festive time. Your custom is very much appreciated by us all. We realise some of you are still sitting with ice in your oil tanks from recent cold snap causing failure with your boilers. We will endeavour to reach you once it has thawed. If for any reason you find yourselves in a crisis over the festive time , please call us , we will not see you stuck.
We thank Neil, Norman, Sandy & Alistair and all those who are there to help when we are in need. Your hard work in all weathers goes beyond call of duty.
Alan Diack and Mark Wood – a big thank you – always there for us when the wheels fail to turn!
We also thank our oil tank suppliers , heating engineers & fuel delivery companies for all your help and continued support to help us and customers obtain oil tanks /accessories/fuel. All are very satisfied and grateful with service you provide. Well done !

We pride ourselves as a locally based small company who strive to give top class service to our customers. It is now getting difficult in this present climate of inflation to sustain taking oil tanks into stock for supply to fit.
After a lot of deliberation, and a lot of reluctance, we have decided to ask the customer to personally order and pay for their oil tank of their choice,with advice from us on suitability.
We can steer you in right direction online or locally with an option of having online purchase delivery to our yard whereby we can check your tank and then deliver to you for installation by us .
Be reassured we are here for you to give any advice and can find an option if on line ordering is not your thing.
We are discussing with our suppliers for a discount code you can use when ordering.
We have received a good response from them and can issue discount code to you if you wish to purchase via our suppliers.
We do hope this is met with understanding given all the living and working costs being taken to new heights more so than ever known to us in our trading years.

As the saying goes , 'after a storm ...comes sunshine and calm'...see photos of Past Storm Arwen having caused fallen trees to reduce an oil tank to crushed form , losing all its kerosene. After a lot of environmental works to treat and restore grounds , we were then tasked with relocation of new tank.
New base constructed , new oil line in , Bunded Deso 2500L sited with surrounding area tidied , system running with a Happy customer at end of day.

We would like to thank all our customers for continued business and support throughtout these trying times with costs having to increase. We will still endeavour to do our best for you with attractive quotes/products for you as we possibly can.
We would like to point out that we are no longer able to supply and deliver Fuel Masters , this decision is due to rising cost of all involved. We can give free advice regards FM/Diesel store if you need and/or steer you in right direction of a supplier. We are still able to offer repairs /spare parts for your diesel dispenser/FM.
We are still supplying and installing kerosene tanks with base works/relocation/oil line work from tank to boiler.

Happy New Year to all for 2022, This year we are happy to say we are able to offer many different brands from various manufactures and capacity of bunded oil tanks, plastic or steel options , to accomodate your budget. We are having to increase tank costs, tank accessories, aggregates , copper oil line and daily running costs in line with our suppliers cost increases but we will always strive to give a competive quote.
We offer free no obligation quotes and endeavour always to reach an outcome to suit you and your property. We have noted that on many occassions the oil line is often not thought of being an issue by customers but your oil line is your arterty from the tank to your boiler pump, please ask us for an opinion on your oil line to ensure peace of mind .
We can remove and environmentally dispose of your old tank , this service involves a lot of process work by us post removal to meet current guidelines set out by transportation company who uplift the tanks.
We have a waste carrier license to take away any contaminated water/fuel that may have ingressed into your present base of tank over the years so that you only have clean fuel into your new clean tank. Happy Tank, Happy Line , Happy Boiler!

Please always check your tanks especially single skinned and old steel for any leaks /cracks /water ingress points. We would rather address a failed tank to solve the issue before a crisis arises that causes you to be without heating etc.

With the aftermath of recent storm , we are noting that some oil tanks have been a victim with debris or fallen trees causing damage .

With winter fast approaching we would like to remind single skin plastic oil tank owners to check around the oil tank for any cracking , along the top to assess if any seals on fill points or vent caps or around any oil monitor device which is allowing water ingress.

Water is denser than kerosene so will therefore lie at bottom of tank accumulating over a fairly long period of which it can then reach outlet pipe to reach your boiler to cause contamination damage. If we have a hard prolonged frost episode , the water at base of tank will freeze making it virtually impossible to be removed until thawed out. if your oil pipe has water from tank in it , it has a risk of freezing also depending where it is situated.

With us having a very hot summer , the tank polymers have been basking in sunshine and becoming more fragile and brittle. Now that colder weather is here , we are having oil tanks filled with oil , giving a risk of any cracks or fragile fitments becoming critical with a result of kerosene spilling out causing environmental hazard.

Steel tank owners are also reminded of same scenarios.
