The Role:
An exciting opportunity has now arisen, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join and help grow our Care Division. We are looking for a highly motivated customer-focused Sales Executive, who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and developing new business opportunities. You will cover Ipswich and surrounding towns/cities.
Hours of Work: 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Ipswich
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience plus commission after the qualifying period

Good attention to detail
Excellent IT skills and is process-driven and target orientated
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Duties:
Developing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with our customers and staff
Maintain customer database, successfully coordinating shift allocation in a fast-paced environment
You will have the confidence to request meetings face to face and engage with candidates, clinical leads and managers alike. You will work well under pressure maintaining effective interpersonal skills.
Managing your pipeline of applicants generated through job boards, social media and a variety of other sources.
Identifying and engaging with potential new clients within the sectors we operate in.
