The go2 concept is about being a trusted advisor to organisations, HR teams and individual professsonals through providing effective people management and development expertise. It is very much about business or personal partnering, and creating solutions that can enhance both individual and organisational capability. This is achieved through developing and applying tailored coaching, advisory and consulting support via three key themes – People, Platforms and Practices. People (The Who) – this is about creating confident and capable people management skills within organisations through tailored coaching, advsory and mentoring initiatives. It is also about creating confidence and capability in professionals going through career transition. Platforms (The How) - this is about looking at how organisations and individuals connect, communicate and collaborate effectively in order to build capability and sustainable success. This is not just about technology, but about considering the spectrum of tools that can make work more fulfilling. Practices (The What) – this about is about crafting and creating the right practices that combine technology, culture and people frameworks in order to create a positive working environment, where people are empowered, energised and engaged.

The focus has not just been on capability and capacity building, but also confidence building. Next year, with the current economic situation, Go2 will be providing unique programmes on the following for clients:

- Training HR professionals in Germany at a scientific IGO in business partnering, talent, performance and change practices.

- Preparing and training Defence professionals in current people practices for potential assessment by a leading professional body.

- Training and advising HR professionals in an NHS trust on strategic workforce planning techniques, tools and tactics.

- Developing and delivering a unique management development programme for the Defence community.

- Delivering business partner training to a varied group of senior HR professionals and practitioners virtually and across the U.K. and Europe.
