- Training HR professionals in Germany at a scientific IGO in business partnering, talent, performance and change practices.

- Preparing and training Defence professionals in current people practices for potential assessment by a leading professional body.

- Training and advising HR professionals in an NHS trust on strategic workforce planning techniques, tools and tactics.

- Developing and delivering a unique management development programme for the Defence community.

- Delivering business partner training to a varied group of senior HR professionals and practitioners virtually and across the U.K. and Europe.
