🏉 Good luck to everyone taking part in the National Schools Rugby Festival, which kicks off today at St Joseph's College.

As a proud partner of both St Joseph's College and the festival, we're delighted to continue supporting an event that has become a real highlight of the school rugby calendar.

Yesterday's ITFC Business Network Breakfast was a great reminder that some of the most valuable business lessons don't always come from the boardroom.

In Beyond the Pitch: Next Chapter, former Ipswich Town and New Zealand international Tommy Smith shared his journey from moving halfway across the world at 14 years old to pursue a football opportunity, to establishing himself as a professional player and international footballer.

His reflections on discipline, resilience and dealing with setbacks felt particularly relevant. Whether it's recovering from injury, bouncing back from defeat or overcoming disappointment, the ability to keep moving forward is a skill that applies just as much in business as it does in sport.

Tommy also spoke openly about preparing for life beyond football, spending several years laying the foundations for his career in financial services before making the move.

Plenty of insightful takeaways, a few laughs, and perhaps the discovery that sports science has come a long way since the days of training-ground hydration tests involving a cup!

What do you do to look after your wellbeing?

Last week, as part of World Mental Health Day, we asked the team a simple question: what helps you maintain your mental wellbeing?

The answers were all different, which is exactly the point.

From early morning walks and gym sessions to spending time with loved ones, getting outdoors, reading, gaming, and making time to switch off, everyone has their own way of recharging.

We're proud to be part of a team that feels comfortable having these conversations and recognising that mental wellbeing matters just as much as physical wellbeing.

One of the most powerful marketing messages this week wasn't planned.

Reports suggest ASOS users received a push notification allegedly sent by attackers.

It's a stark reminder that Cyber Security isn't just about servers, networks and devices. The platforms that communicate with your customers, whether that's email marketing tools, mobile apps, CRM systems or third-party integrations, need the same level of protection.
