✨ STILL HERE… STILL ME… JUST LIFE DOING LIFE ❤️ ✨

I've been a little quieter lately, and there's a reason for that.

Life has thrown me a bit of a blip. ❤️

There's been a lot going on with Mum, keeping up with work and making sure I still have time and energy for the people who matter most to me — including my very important boys, Ollie and Jack. 🥰

And do you know what?

Sometimes the person who talks about wellbeing has to practise it too. 🌿❤️

I can't pour from an empty cup, and being positive doesn't mean pretending everything is wonderful all of the time.

It means acknowledging when life is tough.
Giving yourself a little kindness.
Prioritising what really matters.
Taking a breath…
and knowing that a blip is just that — a blip, not the whole story. ✨

So if I've been a little quieter, please know…

💛 I'm still here.
💛 I'm still working.
💛 I'm still supporting.
💛 I'm still coaching.
💛 I'm still walking, talking, listening and probably drinking coffee somewhere! ☕😂
💛 And I'm most definitely still ME.

Actually, perhaps this little chapter is another reminder of exactly why I started Serendipity.

We don't have to have everything sorted to move forward.

Sometimes moving forward simply means being kind enough to ourselves to say…

"Today, I'm doing the best I can — and that's enough." ❤️

Life isn't always sparkles ✨
But I haven't lost mine.

I'm just giving myself a little time to recharge them. 😉✨❤️

It begins with you.
And sometimes… that means choosing YOU too. 🌿❤️
