A huge shout out to Michael Balbirnie, our Essex Driver, who has been awarded Guard of the Month! 🏆

Michael has been recognised for his dedication and commitment to the mobile driving role. He has really stepped up, working hard and efficiently, and whenever we’ve faced short notice operational gaps he has been the first to put his hand up and help out.

Alongside his Certificate of Excellence, Michael receives a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank you for everything he does.

Thank you, Michael, and keep up the good work! 👏
