My client, Life Resolutions are an independent social work practice that specialises in providing bespoke non-statutory social work and therapeutic services to vulnerable young people and adults in the community.

The role is to join our busy passionate and experienced social work team, working with a small but mixed caseload of clients; working to safeguard and support young people and adults with disabilities; and their families with their day-to-day social care needs, promoting and enabling empowerment and independence where possible.
You will have the following skills:
. Strong person-centered assessment skills with a clear focus on relationship based and solution focused practice
· You will have excellent communication and listening skills.
· Be passionate at making a positive difference
· You will be confident and experienced in writing court standard reports and being an advocate in supporting our vulnerable clients when going to Tribunal
· Key knowledge and application of the Care Act and relevant legislation
· Be able to use a creative and bespoke approach to enable the client to access correct benefits, resources along with provision of clear and accurate advice and guidance
· To be experienced in community networking to build strong relationships with partner agencies to promote positive multi-agency working for clients
· Mentor and support newly qualified social workers and students
We can offery you :
. Competitive salary - £33,000-£40,000pa, dependent on skills and experience
