Isn't it so nice when your clients show enthusiastic appreciation for what you do for them. I've just received this lovely gift from Vikings Estate Agents in Felixstowe. What a pleasant surprise! They are a great client to work for and always so friendly and welcoming when I visit, but this was totally unexpected and above and beyond. Thank you so much guys and I look forward to serving you again in 2024.

A prime case here of closing the stable door after the horse has bolted. This should have been nipped in the bud years ago when fibre to the cabinet (partial fibre) was first being rolled out.

Just spent an hour queuing on the phone to speak to Vodafone Business Customer Services on behalf of a client, listening to 'Breathless' by William Prince. This is about the 6th attempt today on different numbers. More like speechless!!!

A new client of mine has had a nightmare with a certain large telecoms company since February after subscribing to their cloud phone service. Just had confirmation today of recovering £1000 credit for them so a great way to end the week :)

Something to beware of if you're a TalkTalk customer. Not good!

In a recent investigation into a sudden rise in complaints about scam calls TalkTalk has discovered that some customer details have been stolen. In an email sent to every customer, TalkTalk said scammers were using stolen information to trick people into handing over banking details.
