Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Oldbury, Church Stretton
• Permanent contract direct with the employer for an indefinite period;
• Standard pay rate for Registered Nurses from £ 15.45 - £ 16.45 per hour in the first 3 months (depending on the shift) and overtime guaranteed from £ 17.45 to £ 19.45 per hour;
• Standard pay rate for Carers from £ 7.85 to £ 8.03 per hour in the first 3 months (depending on the shift) and overtime guaranteed from £ 9.85 to £ 11.03 per hour;
• Pay raise after the first 3 months;
• Accommodation provided by the employer but paid by the employee ( £395 per month)
• Support in obtaining the National Insurance Number and opening the bank account;
• Registration in the National Pension System.
• The candidate will be picked up from the airport and escorted to the accommodation
• The candidate will pay for the fligh ticket and the costs off the flight ticket will be reimbursed at the first salary
• Salary is paid monthly
• Salary adavance is offered, in case the candidate might need some extra money
• A hot meal per day provided by the care home ( £3 per meal- the costs of the meals will be deducted from the salary at the end of the month)
• Extra hours( overtime) available all the time.
• For the health care assistants, the care home is offering NVQ level 2 training for free. After the completion of the training your pay rate will increase to £8.22 per hour on the day shift and £8.68 per hour on the night shift.
