Struggling to keep training on track?

We know full well how life can throw some curve balls and training takes a back seat. So here are 4 ways to keep the consistency going.

1 - don’t wait around for time for a long session. If you only have half an hour, make the most of it
2 - pop it in the calendar so you AND your colleagues can keep you accountable
3 - take note of when you’re tired over actually fatigued. Most of the time you can get the training in and feel better for it
4 - remind yourself why you do this, we all have ours

⏰ get out early to avoid the sun/peak heat
💨 swap outdoors for indoor treadmill with air con
⏱️ slow pace to give time to adapt

Whether you’re just finding your stride or chasing a PB, this is a space where you can show up, work hard and be part of a community that genuinely has your back.

Led by the brilliant Coach April James-Welsh, each session will cover: Expert run coaching, strength & conditioning as well as injury prevention & recovery in the 45 minute session.
