The next two sets of figures are from Foundry Miniatures and are again 28mm wargame scale .As It's getting ever closer these have a Christmas flavour to them. The first is a panto horse and the line of dialogue and scene is based on real events at the Harbour Arts Centre panto many years ago. The second sees a naughty goblin trying to steal a teddy bear from Santa who is taking rather drastic action in return!

The next 3 models I'll bundle together as they are all figures from Crooked Dice. The first is an astronaut from the UFO tv series, the second is Hugo Drax the Bond villain from Moonraker, played by Michael Lonsdale and the final figure is 'Big Tam', I believe to be based on Sean Connery as his first name was Thomas, he wears a kilt and 70's Connery moustache!

This is a paper model of the SHADO mobile vehicle from the 70's Gerry Anderson UFO series. It was downloaded from the Koolwheelz site. The site has some interesting vehicles ranging from pretty simple assembly to some that are a little more complicated.

First of the older builds is the 1/24 Polar Lights/Moebius/MPC ? (delete which is not appropriate, as I can't remember which brand.) Batmobile from 1966, my personal favourite batmobile.

Hi, its been a while since I posted anything, but I've got organised again and have a few new finished models to post once I get them photographed. So in the meantime I've found some older builds not included on the site yet. I am currently building the Tamiya 1/350 USS Enterprise CVN65 and putting in a full hanger deck from L'Arsenal models and building a complete airwing of 80+ aircraft so for my local model club build. I've not really had the time to build/finish some of my other ongoing models but I'll get there eventually. Cheers, David

Revell 1/144 F18E Super Hornet in the VFA-137 Kestrels CAG aircraft from 2011. The decals were from a DXM decals sheet and cover virtually the whole upper surfaces of the plane. only problem was that as everything dried and settled some of the decals were almost identical to the main paint colour and didn't show up as much as I thought they might.

Revell 1/144 Eurofighter Typhoon 'Bronze Tiger' scheme. The whole model is covered in tiger stripe decals over the bronze painted finish. Sounds easy till you try and line them up and conform, especially on the drop tanks.

The Revell 1/144 F15E Eagle with bombs. The 'with bombs' is strangely mentioned on the box top. Don't remember an issue without the armament, but then again I could be wrong, and probably am!

The Mig 1.44 from Revell. A pretty basic model , but looks OK when done.

Revell (AGAIN ! I hear you say) 1/144 CH53G German Army heavy lift helicopter. Didn't notice the odd 'frosting' on the transparent parts till I saw the photo expanded on the PC.
