Whoโ€™s counting calories?
There are a lot of diets out there ranging from the no carb diet to keto diet however all of these diets all round up to the same answer and that is eating less calories throughout the day! If you take your daily amount of calories for the day (men-2500) (women-2000) and take away 500 calories from that you will see the weight drop off!

Now from experience most people start eating less calories but then without realising creep back up to eating more. I have people come and ask me why they arenโ€™t loosing weight and most of the time itโ€™s because they are eating things without thinking about the calories.

My tip for everyone out there who needs to shift a few pounds is that counting your calories throughout the day will give you great results!
