This is what can happen when you don’t get your boiler serviced properly. This is what corrosion looks like inside of your boiler. It can cause leaks leading to expensive problems that a proper boiler service will help prevent. It also helps spot failing seals like on this one. Causing the gas leaks and extreme heat to get through causing even more damage to the boiler and becoming a genuine danger. Always make sure you get your boiler serviced as these problems can be spotted and fixed before they ever become dangerous.

Out with the old, in with the new! 🔧

We’ve replaced some old, rusting and leaking radiators with bigger, more efficient ones that produce around twice the heat while taking up the same amount of space.

Another job done and another home ready to stay warmer.

A small issue that could have caused a much bigger problem. 🔧

The customer noticed water dripping through the ceiling downstairs, directly below the bathroom. After investigating, we found the leak was caused by a poor silicone seal around the bath.

We removed the old seal, re-siliconed and re-seated the bath, then tested everything thoroughly.

No more leaks downstairs and a nice, tidy finish. 💧
