The Role:

Serving customers at the counter and handling enquiries
Processing hire agreements and taking payments
Advising customers on tools and equipment
Keeping the shop area clean and organised

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Interest in tools, DIY, or construction
Reliable and able to work independently
