A job this week found us working on a protected Oak tree (TPO), removing one of its lower limbs which had developed a large split all the way through the limb which presented a danger. After communicating with the council and getting the permission needed we made short work of it.

We sold our last load of firewood yesterday, delivered and stacked in the fading light as the nights are drawing in.
We have been busy selling our firewood ahead of schedule the last few months as we aimed to clear stock ready for a move of location further down into Sutton-in-Craven. Stocks have already begun being replenished for next year.
