- *Local Interest* Vivien John (British 1915-1994) Watercolour, Rocky Outcrop, artists device lower right, entitled in later hand verso, within a cream card mount and moulded limed effect frame, under glass 23cm x 32cm & 35cm x 44cm overall *Daughter of the artist Augustus John (British 1878-1961).
- A 19th/20th Century oil on board still life, a study of a bouquet of mixed flowers, unsigned or attributed, within moulded gilt frame 44.5cm x 29.5cm & 55.5cm x 40cm overall.
