LRMs roots started in Kendal, Cumbria with its founding director Lyndon Montgomery, after being asked personally by a number of clients to provide Door Supervisors for Pubs and Clubs in the South Lakes. Lyndon was able to use in excess of 20 years’ experience in the Security Industry to very quickly build a relationships with clients throughout the region.

In 2016 Daniel Willis joined LRM Security as a Director to assist in growing the Security Guarding side of the Business. Daniel built his 13 years of experience initially through the private security industry working in all sectors of security as a successful operations manager and then as a Local Security Management Specialist in the NHS.

Although expansion within the region has been a welcome challenge LRM maintains its commitment to remaining its local communities by employing and training local people ensuring that the worked carried out by LRM staff brings tangible benefits to the areas they are employed in.
