We are looking for professional SIA and experienced stewards to join our team on a self-employed basis, for a busy upcoming festival season! As a highly accomplished Company with an excellent reputation for professionalism, delivery of service, staff welfare and internal progression; Complete are a great option for those tired of being seen as “just another number” with other companies.

17 festivals have already confirmed , and this doesn't include smaller festivals and events throughout the summer. For those who excel, there is work all year round on events (indoor and outdoor) and venues.

To apply you must:
• Have the ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
• Be fixated on performance and motivated by results
• Ideally hold at least 2 years experience in the Security Industry (Not essential for the right candidate, we’re happy to train persons relatively new to the role if they possess the core skills)
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Hold a valid SIA licence (DS or CP)
• Have excellent communication skills

Rates of pay for Self-Employed Event Staff:
SIA £14.00ph
Stewards £12.00ph
(Progression opportunities through Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager after time served with the Company).

All invoice payments are made 11 days after the week in which events are undertaken.

Please note that all applicants will be required to complete an interview with a member of our management team.
