New post (November) has been published on Equip OC

So as the year rushes by again we approach the festive period. Here at EquipOC we have been looking at new products and experiences that we can provide. We have some exiting things on the go and more will be revealed in the new year.
This month saw us working along side SEE Event to provide two interventions for two faculties from manchester University. They came and joined us in Ambleside for an overnight experience. Firstly we had the third years from the nutrition department and secondly the first years from the business and tourism faculty. A great time had by all.

The summer months, allegedly time to unwind and take stock. Not here at Equip OC.
This month we had to do a re-write of a complex business simulation for an international audience that would be translatable into multiple languages for a global automotive supplier.
Mixed in amongst this was a recce to a venue Equip OC used 7 years ago for a financial institution. This time again we are

The recce and event for the new big client went very well!! Duncan and Claire went down to Swindon and facilitated the smooth running of the event. Having had a tricky initial start trying to condense a councils 6 week booking period into 4 days we succeeded and all ran smoothly. The issues of people taking holidays and things not been followed up.
We also assisted in the running of a 2 day module 2 event for Steve Mitchell at Top Down Development for a national transport provider. An enjoyable 2 days based out of Langdale Country Club.
The most challenging week this week has been working alongside Impact UK ltd working with a very senior (heads of countries) leadership team on a 5 day residential in the Lake District. A beautiful setting for a challenging course and challenging people. Trust the process and we all came out in a fantastic place.
