Sometimes, all it takes is someone who truly understands.

Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming. From struggling with focus, motivation and emotional regulation to managing relationships, anxiety and everyday responsibilities, it can sometimes feel like you're fighting an invisible battle.

But you don't have to face it alone. šŸ’š

Through The Kindness Connection, SMARTADHD is proud to offer compassionate, practical and personalised ADHD coaching and support.

No judgement. No pressure. Just genuine understanding, kindness and practical support.
At SMARTADHD, we believe ADHD shouldn't define your limitations. With the right understanding and support, you can discover just how much you're capable of achieving.

The new government-commissioned review into ADHD, autism and mental health is out. What are the key headlines?
šŸ’š Support shouldn’t wait for a diagnosis. Help should be based on people’s needs—before, during and after assessment.
šŸ” Thorough assessments matter. Understanding someone’s history, circumstances and everyday difficulties is essential. The review calls for better quality and consistency across services, including independent providers.
🧠 The evidence does not establish widespread overdiagnosis. The review recognises the risks of missed, incorrect and unnecessary diagnoses, and calls for stronger evidence.
🌱 Success means improving everyday life. That means meaningful support with education, work, relationships and wellbeing.
At SMARTADHD, these priorities reflect the approach we have been building.
āœ… Holistic assessments that consider the person and their circumstances.
āœ… Individual coaching focused on practical challenges and goals.
āœ… Post-assessment support to help people understand their next steps.
āœ… Working with families, schools and employers to turn understanding into action.
We welcome the focus on quality and will continue reviewing and improving our services. Different people have different needs—and support should reflect that.

A brilliant evening at Ashford College talking about something that matters hugely to us at SMARTADHD: how we create real change around neurodiversity in our local community.

Neurodiversity isn’t about fitting people into boxes. It’s about understanding different brains, recognising strengths, identifying barriers and giving people the right support to thrive.

For employers, schools, families and individuals, small changes in understanding can make a massive difference — to confidence, wellbeing, productivity, relationships and ultimately people’s lives.

Our message is simple: awareness is good, but practical support is better.

We want to help make Ashford and the wider Kent community a place where neurodivergent people are properly understood, supported and valued.

If you, your child, your employees or your organisation need help with ADHD, neurodiversity, assessments, coaching, workplace support or training, come and talk to us.

Getting an ADHD diagnosis can bring huge relief — but it can also leave you wondering, ā€œWhat do I actually do now?ā€

Our ADHD Post-Diagnosis Support Package is designed for people who want practical guidance, information and strategies beyond the diagnosis itself.

We help you better understand how ADHD affects your life, identify the areas causing the most difficulty, and build realistic strategies around organisation, motivation, emotional regulation, work, relationships and everyday routines.

This support can sit alongside medication, or be especially useful for people who want to explore practical, non-medication approaches as part of managing their ADHD.

We can help you with:
Understanding your individual ADHD profile
Organisation, planning and getting things done
Motivation and procrastination
Emotional regulation and overwhelm
Work and relationship challenges
Building ADHD-friendly routines and systems
Identifying useful next steps and ongoing support
A diagnosis should be the beginning of understanding yourself — not the end of the conversation.

Get in touch to discuss the right support for you.
