Just a note to be very careful, everyone. A client of mine had two emails supposedly from Companies House, chasing his Confirmation Statement. This was just coming due but was not late. I checked the email address for him and it wasn't a genuine Companies House email address and was a scam, so please be careful out there. If you get an email from someone like Companies House or HMRC, double check the email address it's from and never click on the link. Always go in cold by typing hmrc.gov.uk for HMRC or https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/ for Companies House straight into your browser.
