What is Classical Pilates?
Classical Pilates is taught as a complete system rather than a collection of exercises.
Working across the full apparatus, the method builds strength, control and alignment progressively over time.
From the first session, you will notice the difference— it’s more precise, more demanding, and requiring full attention rather than mindless movement.
My clients even get results from their first session, being able to walk normally for the first time in ages, knee pain far less, walking for longer suddenly.
This is not fast or cardio-based, but a structured and time-tested method that’s been proven to be effective. It’s the real deal of Pilates.
Sessions are kept small and guided closely, allowing the work to remain individual and exact.
