The first CaroVolt Sixty100 is taking shape!

The finished canopy marks an important step towards getting the system fully assembled, tested and up and running.

Designed for durability, accessibility and real-world operation, the fabricated steel enclosure will house and protect the technology at the heart of the system, while giving our team easy access for servicing and maintenance.

With the canopy now complete, our focus turns to bringing the remaining components together, completing the final checks and preparing the system for operation.

We’re looking forward to seeing everything come together, ready for our first official deployment at Constable Park.

This is where ideas become reality. Every panel, bracket and component is carefully considered, assembled and tested to ensure the finished system is ready for the demands of real-world deployment.

These are the details that often go unseen, but they're what set the foundation for a product we're proud to put our name to.

As we count down the days to a major milestone for Zower, we’re making sure every part of the process meets the same standard as the system itself.

That includes our entire team completing ADR training, ensuring we’re fully qualified to transport lithium battery systems safely, legally and in full compliance with current regulations. We’ve also invested in a new Ifor Williams LM146 trailer to support the safe and reliable transportation of our systems, while strengthening our capability as we continue to grow.

While our customers may never see this part of the process, it’s an important investment in how we operate and reflects our commitment to doing things properly.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be making the first scheduled delivery of the CaroVolt Sixty100. Before it leaves our workshop, we’re making sure every detail behind the scenes is ready too.

For us, building reliable battery systems is only part of the job. Taking responsibility for every stage - from manufacture and delivery through to long-term support - is the standard we set for every client.

The first CaroVolt system is almost ready to leave our workshop. We can’t wait to share more of the journey.

We honestly can’t believe it’s been a year already.

One of the best parts of building Zower has been seeing what can happen when good customers trust us to find the right solution, even when it isn’t necessarily the obvious one.

For the past ten months, we’ve been supporting Ian and Sarah at Constable Park, an off-grid adventure centre and café powered by solar, battery storage and a backup generator.

Their original battery system has done an incredible job for nine years, but it has gradually reached the point where it can no longer hold the capacity the site needs. Recently, that decline started accelerating and the generator was running almost constantly, right as Constable Park entered its busiest time of year.

Ian and Sarah had already decided to replace it and will become the first customers to receive our new CaroVolt system, with delivery planned for early August. We’ll be sharing much more about CaroVolt soon, but the immediate challenge was keeping Constable Park operating efficiently through its peak season without rushing the build of their new system.

By chance, we had just finished refurbishing one of Dawsongroup’s SolarPods. We fitted new batteries and reworked the system to make it better suited to the way their customers actually use these units.

Rather than simply returning it to Dawsongroup, we spoke to everyone involved and came up with a plan.

Dawsongroup gained a new hire, Constable Park received the temporary power solution they urgently needed, and we gained the time to finish their CaroVolt properly rather than rushing something so important.

Seeing the SolarPod behind the Defender and taking it straight from our workshop into a real application felt like a pretty special moment for us.A massive thank you to Ian and Sarah for continuing to put their trust in us, and to everyone at Dawsongroup for working with us to make it happen.

It’s a simple example of what Zower has always been about: good people, practical thinking and finding a way to keep our customer happy and their lights on!

One year ago, Zower Energy was little more than an idea, a vision and a determination to build something different.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of supporting customers across battery energy storage, hybrid power and critical energy applications, while continuing to grow the business every step of the way.

From expanding our capabilities and securing our new HQ, to launching the CaroVolt Sixty100 and laying the foundations for what’s ahead, it’s been a year of hard work, challenges, lessons and progress.

Most importantly, we’d like to thank our customers, partners, suppliers, friends and family for their support throughout the journey. Your trust and support has made this first year possible.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but even more excited about what’s still to come.
