My youngest was able to celebrate her birthday the day before going back to school.

Funny, given 'getting things sorted' is literally my job. This one sorted itself out before I got anywhere near it.

We took the opportunity for a family day on Safari. 😀

Quick Tip 💡
Pick 3 or 4 top-level categories that cover almost everything you save, create a folder for each one, and use the same ones everywhere: your laptop, your cloud drive, your inbox...

Mine are content, admin, finance and client work. Yours might be stock, suppliers, projects, bookings, whatever actually maps to how your business runs. Keep it simple, don't overcomplicate it; you can always have sub-categories within these folders.

Half your 'where did I put that' moments disappear once everything has an obvious home.

Nine times out of ten, it's content. Not because they don't care, but because more of than not, there's no time to sit down and plan it properly.

A while ago, I hit a wall.

I was doing all the things, but nothing felt like it was moving forward. So I did something that felt counterintuitive: I slowed down.

I simplified my systems, said no to a few projects, and gave myself space to think.
And guess what? The clarity that came from that pause helped me move forward.

Now, I help my clients do the same by taking the day-to-day tasks off their plates so they can slow down, breathe, and focus on growth again.

Sometimes slowing down isn’t falling behind, it’s finding your flow again.

One of my clients finally automated her client onboarding process.

She told me, “It feels like I can breathe again.”
That’s what clarity does. It gives you space to breathe, think, and grow.

That’s also what I love most about my VA work: helping women simplify their systems or take tasks off their hands so they can focus on the parts of business that light them up.

My own small win this week? making time to spend with the kids this half term to do the important family things (like carving pumpkins, of course!)
