Editing social media videos has its challenges… and its perks 🫣

We somehow managed to combine *some* of Laura’s content bloopers into a less than 2 minute video!

Trust us there were a lot more “ummms” and “ehhhs” and bleeps that didn’t make the cut 😆

Props to Laura for showing us all that you cannot grow if you’re stuck in your comfort zone.

Since we started posting our Bat Woman videos & Arena HR’s other social media campaigns:

📈12,000 people have viewed our content across Facebook and Instagram

💻Our website visits coming directly from our social media pages has increased by over 200%

👍🏼And we’ve measured a total of 2100 interactions across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, that’s an increase of 3,400% !

Thank you to everyone who has interacted with our content & proved to Laura that laughing at yourself on social media is worth the second-hand embarrassment 💙

“What do I include in a contract of employment?”

At least they’re not just copying and pasting an old contract for a new staff member! 🫣

Before you write a contract, you need to make sure its the right kind. If you’re in any doubt, it’s best to have an HR expert write it for you.
